Oklahoma Association of Masters in Psychology

Our Mission

A professional organization for clinicians with master's degrees from applied psychology programs devoted to the ongoing enhancement of our profession in meeting the mental health needs of the community.

GOALS:
1. Promote professional competence by promoting and sponsoring ongoing member education.
2. Create an atmosphere to allow members to achieve their personal professional goals.
3. Educate state and private agencies on LBP credentials.
4. Ongoing political presence in the state legislature.
5. Collaborate with State University Psychology Departments on research and student education.
6. Educate general public concerning mental health issues in the State of Oklahoma.
7. Provide a forum for the exchange of ideas through member interaction.
